As promised here is my pesto recipe.
1 c. Basil Leaves
1/2 c. Raw organic almonds
1/3 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1 Large garlic clove, roughly chopped
1/2 t. Celtic sea salt (or Real Salt)
Combine in a food processor or blender and mix until desired consistency is reached.
Enjoy on bread, rice, or with some pasta.
I had mine on bread with tomatoes so I made it a tad on the chunky side. For a smoother consistency continue blending.
