My daughter was sick today.
And will probably be sick tomorrow.
And my husband comes home tonight...sick.
Is it weird that I am a tad excited to play mom to my sweet little sick family?
I know I get to play mom everyday, but tending to my sick baby and hubby make it seem so much more real.
I loved being sick as a child.
Laying on the couch watching my mom or dad come from the kitchen to check on me. Making me saimin (ramen noodles) and bringing me popsicles.
I can't wait to have another down day, with the wonderful addition of my husband.
