Hoo Hash is one of my favorites.
Super easy, tasty and always fills me up.

Ingredients:
4 medium red potatoes (cut in cubes and steamed)
3 T. olive oil
1 c. cabbage (I like purple best)
1/2 c. celery
1 c. broccoli
1 c. carrots
1 c. onions
2 garlic cloves (optional)
Salt to taste
Saute all veggies in olive oil. Once they begin to soften add steamed potatoes and salt to taste.
Enjoy!

Wow, what a good picture. It's a good reminder for me that healthy food is full of color. I'm going to try it.
